- Rest of Europe: Croatia, Iceland, Macedonia, Moldavia, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Former U.S.S.R. (Applicable to Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan).
- America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, United States, Jamaica, Mexico, El Salvador, Trinidad y Tobago, Venezuela.
