- On the left-hand side in "Procedures, Services and Formalities (Information and Registration)", information on the refund procedure has been located, with the following route:
Taxes>VAT>Form 360-Form 361.VAT. Procedure for VAT refunds to employers or professionals not established in the territory where the tax is applied (with user certificate).

- On the upper right-hand side you will find the My Files link (with user certificate). My Files will provide you with complete information on your refund requests, including the date on which they were sent and the refund status and the moment when said status returns the acknowledgement of receipt.
